We are LOCALLY owned with our operations and offices located in the communities we serve. We are in need of compassionate Caregivers (PCA, PCHM, CNA & HHA) in the greater Northampton area.  If you're looking for a position with a company that has strong western Massachusetts roots where you can put your passion and skills for helping others to meaningful use, we want to meet you!

The things you will help our clients do as a Caregiver:

  • Bathing 

  • Dressing 

  • Transfers 

  • Ambulation 

  • Medication Reminders 

  • ADL's 

  • Housekeeping 

  • Grocery Shopping  

  • Laundry 

  • Companionship 

The must haves:

  • Driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance 

  • Proficiency in English 

  • A reliable cell phone and email 

  • Experience as a PCA, Homemaker, PCHM or HHA is preferred. O'Connell's offers FREE PCHM and HHA training for all interested employees!

  • Fully vaccinated against COVID
